4 BIS. SOUND ENVIRONMENT ANALYSIS

The application may, with the user's prior consent, access the device microphone in order to analyze the surrounding sound environment.

This feature aims to:

• measure surrounding sound levels

• detect potentially noisy environments

• send prevention notifications when sound exposure is considered excessive

• establish a daily analysis of sound exposure in order to provide personalized recommendations

The analysis performed is strictly limited to acoustic data (sound intensity, decibel levels, sound environment).

No conversation, voice content, or personal data from audio exchanges is recorded, stored, or analyzed.

This feature is used exclusively for prevention and awareness regarding sound exposure.

The user may at any time:

• accept or refuse microphone access

• disable this feature via the device settings

5. FREE AND PAID ACCESS

The initial hearing test is available for free

Access to detailed results and the personalized routine is paid

The user will not be able to view results or access the routine without an active subscription.

6. NATURE OF THE SERVICE (CRITICAL CLAUSE)

Audit Check is a tool that is:

informational, educational, and preventive only

The application:

does not constitute a medical device
does not provide any medical diagnosis
does not replace a healthcare professional in any way

The application does not provide any regulated medical or health information.

7. ANALYSIS AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

The results provided by the application:

are generated automatically via algorithms and artificial intelligence systems
